NEW YORK, N.Y. -- The Fenix Marketing Media LLC campaign announcing: "CRACKHEAD JESUS IS COMING! Watch the story unfold on www.victorhugogallery.com" is raising eyebrows and questions. Multimedia artist and dark horse presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr. is turning the wisdom of never discussing politics or religion in public, on its head with his controversial modern art graphic novel, "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law."

The planned seven book series is based on real characters and events which the artist has documented in his diary of the world on canvas.

The author says the character of Crackhead Jesus was inspired by a high ranking marketing firm's CEO who, high on crack-cocaine, walked into his Fort Lauderdale office, stood on a desk in front of his employees, and announced to everyone that he was the incarnation, Jesus Christ. The CEO was promptly fired and the bizarre chain of events which followed has been documented using art, video, music and text on the www.victorhugogallery.com website and BLOG.

Victor-Hugo has been called the "Forrest Gump of the Modern Art World" because of the serendipitous events which have propelled his career. When elected to the board of directors at the Grand View Palace, he uncovered corruptions which lead to high profile court cases and ongoing government investigations into the building's leadership.

When Hurricane Wilma tore through his artist studio in the high-rise building, the mix of color and chaos provided a unique photo-opportunity for the media, which instantly exposed the unknown local artist to a worldwide audience. The incident propelled the artist to have his very first art exhibition, at the Broadway Gallery in Soho, New York City.

Broward County Case Number COCE-06-009166 has been dubbed "The Crackhead Jesus Case." Incidents surrounding the case led the artist down a legal labyrinth which resulted in a Florida Bar investigation that has raised allegations of a legal mafia existing to protect notables like Scooter Libby, Dick Cheney, and Aaron R. Cohen.

The modern art graphic novella ponders questions of theology and politics in parody form using the real life incident of a successful white male in his fifties who thinks he is the New Messiah as a vehicle for introspection. The Crackhead Jesus story is meant to highlight, with humor, the real dangers which exist in abuse of power by corrupt institutions.
