THE MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT (MAMM) MISSION STATEMENT
Asked to explain the inspiration for his MAMM Happenings dark horse presidential candidate Victor-Hugo said, "I was inspired by Andy Warhol's ability to create a factory of intellect and creativity. I was also inspired and humbled by the noble efforts of John Lennon and Yoko Ono who held planned impromptu bedside concerts to raise awareness prior to the end of the Vietnam War. Essentially, a MAMM Happening should make the audience feel like they are watching their favorite band or DJ's jam with Pablo Picasso or Andy Warhol."
The MAMM founder believes the use of planned impromptu Happenings in intimate venues is an effective means with which to peacefully raise awareness and lift the spirits of the masses in a democracy.
The Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) seeks to create a unified effort to market peace globally, by harnessing the unique talents of members from all four corners of the human intellect. Artist's, businesspeople, politicians, and religious leaders are putting politics, political correctness, prejudice, and religion aside for sake of common sense, ethics, and science, in the hopes of nurturing and inspiring the optimism, drive, and creativity of human nature necessary to perpetuate life on earth and beyond.
MAMM Shows and Happenings are described as raw, artistic, interactive versions of VH1 Storyteller and MTV Unplugged that culminate with an artistic interpretation of the event using the artist as vehicle for a Rorshac expression of the moment on canvas. MAMM events attempt to recreate the raw intensity of a warm up jam before the big show using mixed media art, music, and audience participation to educate and enhance the mind, body and soul of artist and audience.

The South Florida based story of Crackhead Jesus is causing a buzz in the Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills area which may bring the modern day parable of redemption based on actual events to the big screen. The multi media artist, Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr., creatively avoided censorship by using his artwork to document the existence of an alleged legal mafia in South Florida. Though the story of the Crackhead Jesus Trials have garnered international attention including a recent article in Forbes.com, the South Florida media has inexplicably avoided the subject.
Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) Happenings have been occurring throughout California most recently with live shows in Bakersfield and West Hollywood. Victor-Hugo has performed with Mind, Body & Soul, a side project of Rythm from The English Beat and OMD, as well as with Dave Schulz of the Goo Goo Dolls, Berlin, and When in Rome at the Rock and Roll School at the Boulevard Lounge. The impromptu MAMM Happenings have included a who's who line up of classic rock legends who have shared the stage with Miles Davis, Lou Reed, Peter Gabriel, Bo Diddley, The Romantics, and Neil Young, all jamming alongside Victor-Hugo as he instinctively interprets the interplay of artist, music and audience, capturing what he calls "a cultural community vibe on canvas".

MAMM artist, Victor-Hugo, will be in New Orleans conducting a photo shoot to bring attention to the forgotten situation of the Hurricane Katrina aftermath. The artist plans to explore Hurricane Katrina's devastating impact on the psyche of the local population using mixed media. His latest "Beautiful Chaos Project" will include interviews with college students and U.S. citizens from all walks of life.
He says he intends to photograph "beautiful people" in front of the destruction left behind by Hurricane Katrina. The sharp contrast is intended to bring worldwide attention to America's plight and continued struggle to achieve a safe and sound infrastructure.
"The United States and world is on notice that corruption is leading to a dangerous ignorance of serious safety issues that are caused by neglect of basic infrastructure." Noting the recent collapse of the I-35W Minneapolis Bridge, the artist says the well publicized incident has shaken the voting constituents confidence in the strength of the United States government's ability to safeguard land, families, and health. French banks, meanwhile, have sent a ripple effect through Wall Street today, as foreign investors made it clear that, they too, are worried about subrime lending, government, and infrastructure in the United States of America.

IS IRAQ WAR AND LACK OF LEADERSHIP CAUSING U.S INFRASTRUCTURE TO CRUMBLE?
"On the day Hurricane Katrina landed in New Orleans, Kanye West and much of the American public lost faith in the systems ability to care for their well being." Asked to comment on why he had chosen to photograph attractive models in front of piles of ruin and decay, the controversial artist said, "Sex sells. If I can create sensuous images to raise awareness about serious issues, I've made my point."
